Shipping policy

Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed for shipping after receiving your confirmation email. We make every effort for your order to be fulfilled as soon as possible. We are a team of humans, working with human hands, and human brains. We aren't perfect; but, we are committed to making your purchase from BLACKLIT worth every penny! 

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.  Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We ship BLACKLIT both domestically and to international destinations. Shipping times depend on your location. The USPS site quotes, but does not guarantee, 2-8 business days for domestic delivery. International delivery is longer.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 8 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@suportblacklit.com with your name and order number, and we will gladly look into it for you.
